Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival at the establishment. A valid voucher code is required to redeem the voucher.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used before the expiry date mentioned on the voucher. After the expiry date, the voucher can no longer be extended, exchanged or redeemed.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or extended. Unless otherwise agreed, vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used according to the conditions stated on the voucher.
When making a reservation, guests must inform Hotel O Kathedral or Moment by Hotel O that they intend to use a gift voucher. Reservations using a gift voucher must be made directly with Hotel O Kathedral or Moment by Hotel O via our official website, by telephone or by email. Gift vouchers cannot be used for bookings made through third-party booking platforms or online travel agencies.
Each gift voucher has a unique voucher code. The holder is responsible for keeping this code confidential. Hotel O Kathedral and Moment by Hotel O cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or misused voucher codes.
All reservations are subject to availability and the applicable booking conditions. Hotel O Kathedral and Moment by Hotel O reserve the right to modify availability, rates or conditions according to their standard procedures.
By purchasing or using a gift voucher, the holder agrees to these terms and conditions.
